Data Protection at Chalfield Dog Training Club

Information Data provided via contact form or enquiry emails is not shared with anyone outside of Chalfield Dog Training Club. This Data is solely used  to reply to enquiries, after which contact form information and enquiry emails are deleated.

New members will be required to fill in a membership form, no sensitive, special data will be required.

 

Data from these forms will be added to the Chalfield Membership Data Base for the purpose of record keeping and maintaining contact details so that we can provide information about training or other information eg unexpected club closure due to bad weather etc.

The legal basis for keeping this data is as a contract with CDTC, and by sending contact emails and signing the membership forms, consent, to CDTC receiving and keeping that data for the purposes stated here and in the CDTC Privacy policy.

Members and Past Members have the right to enquire what data of theirs is held by CDTC, and request that their own data be deleated, or consent to keep data withdrawn. An initial request will be processed free of charge, subsequent requests or multiple nuisance requests may incur costs. Any such request must be made in writing, and the validity of requests will need proof

The contact form below is for the purpose of such requests and instructions and connects to an email address solely for the purpose of this task.
